About

Hey,

I’m Leonhard, 27 years old, living in Germany, and I’m sharing my journey of recovering from long Covid.

My symptoms started at the end of 2021. A few weeks after the infection, my friends and I went to the gym for our traditional Christmas workout. With lots of hype and even more caffeine, we tried to push our limits… and we did.

Two days later, all kinds of strange and frightening symptoms appeared. It took some time to connect the dots and realise what was going on.
Like many people dealing with nervous system issues, seeing countless doctors and specialists didn’t help much.

I’ve never been someone who gets lost in endless studies or tries every medication available. I prefer a practical approach, looking at what truly helps people improve.

Over time, I started to notice more and more stories of people recovering by learning to regulate their nervous system, facing suppressed emotions, and seeing life from a new perspective.

When I first came across this kind of healing work, I met it with a lot of resistance. Much of it felt too abstract or overly emotional. Some of it was valuable, but it was difficult to integrate without losing myself in the process.

Since then, I’ve gathered insights and experiences that helped me reach a much better place — physically, mentally, and in how I understand myself.

I’m still on this path, sharing what I learn along the way, building bridges for others who might be searching for more nuanced perspectives, and exchanging philosophical and existential insights.

“It is not the circumstances that determine a person’s life, but rather their attitude toward those circumstances.”
